Randi joined Catapult Mineral Partners in 2023 as Executive Assistant. She assists the team with day-to-day operations and procedures that allow for the company’s fast-paced growing reach and diversification. She enjoys supporting each of the Catapult employees, allowing them to excel and thrive in their roles so the company, and each person on the team, benefits.
Previously, Randi served as the Associate Women’s Minister at a large church in North Texas for over 12 years. Before moving to Texas, she worked for a certified public accounting firm and a large mechanical contractor in Michigan.
Randi and her husband live in north Fort Worth with their two daughters. As a family they enjoy cooking, baking, playing games, and traveling to new places. Much of their free time is spent enjoying their friends and family.
