Randi Frucci

Executive Assistant

Randi joined Catapult Mineral Partners in 2023 as Executive Assistant. She assists the team with day-to-day operations and procedures that allow for the company’s fast-paced growing reach and diversification. She enjoys supporting each of the Catapult employees, allowing them to excel and thrive in their roles so the company, and each person on the team, benefits.

For over 12 years, Randi has been the Associate Women’s Minister at a large church in North Texas. Before moving to Texas, she worked for a certified public accounting firm and a large mechanical contractor in Michigan.

Randi and her husband live in north Fort Worth with their two daughters. As a family, they are involved in a local musical theater organization where they enjoy participating in multiple mainstage productions each year. When they have a night at home together, they enjoy cooking, baking, and playing games.
