Poli joined the Catapult team in October 2024. She brings a wealth of experience in predictive modeling, data visualization, and process optimization. Previously, Poli worked at Love’s Travel Stops and Deloitte, where she gained valuable experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Poli has also optimized data storage systems and created interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics, specializing in Data Science, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
At Catapult, Poli builds and maintains data models, develops dashboards, and provides analytics support to enhance business operations and streamline the integration of new assets. In addition, she works on key data initiatives to support the company’s goals and objectives.
Outside of work, Poli enjoys reading, hiking, working out, and painting. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, balancing her professional career with her passions.
