Michelle joined the Catapult team in July 2024 and brings more than 14 years of dedicated land experience specializing in most major U.S. basins.
Michelle started her career in 2006 working for a broker in the Barnett Shale, but quickly gained the knowledge and expertise as an analyst to join larger exploration and production companies in the public and private sector. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University.
At Catapult, Michelle will support the land team in day-to-day land administration duties including title due-diligence, acquisitions, leases, and division orders. As a Land Analyst, Michelle is dedicated to delivering excellence in her role and is passionate about contributing to the success of the company.
Outside of Catapult, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her son, dog, and loved ones. In her spare time, you can catch her at the gym, reading a good book, hanging out with family and friends or attending any TCU Horned Frogs game.
